Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which Mahara Los Angeles LLC accepts returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through www.shopmahara.com.
General policy
All sales are considered final unless they meet the conditions outlined below. Mahara Los Angeles LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any return request at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and labels must be attached.
- No signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration.
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Non-returnable items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Discounted or promotional items
- Accessories, bodysuits, or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased using special promotions or clearance events
These items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.
Refunds
Approved returns may be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Mahara Los Angeles LLC reserves the right to deduct return processing or restocking fees where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, store credit may be issued instead. We do not guarantee availability of replacement items.
Return process
Customers must request return authorization before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before approving any claim.
Chargebacks and disputes
Customers agree to contact Mahara Los Angeles LLC before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions and denial of future purchases.
Right to refuse returns
